AQUA E-coating is a modern elastomeric protective coating developed for users looking for an alternative to traditional ceramic coatings. Application instructions:

Preparation:
Thoroughly wash the vehicle and completely remove all contamination from the paint surface.
Perform full decontamination including iron removal, fallout removal, and clay bar treatment.
If necessary, carry out machine paint correction according to the paint condition.
The final preparation stage is degreasing the surface using isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
Before application, the surface must be perfectly clean, dry, and cool.

Application – spring / summer:
Apply several drops of coating directly onto a dry applicator without suede microfiber.
Choose a body panel, for example the bonnet, and begin application.
Spread the coating using cross-hatch motions — horizontally and vertically.
The coating layer should remain wet, thick, and even.
For large panels, work in smaller sections.
Level the coating again in the same area using only the applicator without adding more product.
Immediately after application, begin wiping off the coating.
Remove excess product using the first clean AQUA microfiber towel.
Use the second microfiber towel to buff the surface to maximum gloss.

Application – autumn / winter:
Place AQUA suede microfiber onto the applicator.
Apply several drops of coating onto the suede microfiber.
Spread the product using cross-hatch motions.
For large panels, work section by section.
Level the coating again using only the applicator without adding additional product.
Wait 15–30 seconds depending on temperature and humidity.
Remove excess coating using the first clean AQUA microfiber towel.
Buff the surface using the second microfiber towel until streak-free gloss is achieved.

After application:
At least 10 hours after application, it is recommended to use Coating Booster to protect the fresh coating from adverse weather conditions.
During the first days after application, regular hand washing is recommended to prevent dirt buildup on the fresh coating.

Important information:

Do not apply on hot or wet surfaces
Do not work in direct sunlight
Ensure proper lighting during application
Divide large body panels into smaller sections
Use only clean microfiber towels for leveling
Dirt accumulation during the first curing days is the biggest threat to fresh coating performance

Additional notes:
When applying above 18 °C, use only the applicator without suede microfiber. The applied layer should remain thick and wet.
Always keep the coating bottle tightly closed. Open it only during application and close it immediately afterward.
Replace suede cloths or applicators every 15–20 minutes or after every 2–3 panels.
Always use new microfiber towels.
